He got his start on the SNL state and now Eddie Murphy will make a special appearance during the show’s 40th Anniversary special on February 15th.
The “Nutty Professor” star told News One Now, "It just never worked out where the timing was right for me to do it. They're having a 40th anniversary ... I'm going to that. And that will be the first time I've been back since I left."
Indeed, Mr. Murphy hasn’t graced the SNL stage in over thirty years. Eddie joined the cast back in 1981 when he was 19 years old, making him the second-youngest performer in the history of the sketch comedy show.
