Manchester United knock back loan bid from Italian giants Inter Milan for Anthony Martial

Manchester United have rejected a loan bid from Inter Milan for forward Anthony Martial.

The France international has been linked with a move to the San Siro this summer, as part of a deal that would see Ivan Perisic go the other way.

Inter are big fans of Martial and new boss Luciano Spalletti wants to make the 21-year-old part of his forward line for the coming season.

Manchester United, however, are said to still have faith in the Frenchman and – according to RMC – they have rejected a formal approach from Inter.

The Italian club reportedly offered to take Martial on loan for the season, with a view to a permanent switch next summer.

United have swiftly rejected the bid, though, and informed Inter they are not interested in such a deal.
